Event Requirements

Club Membership is required to register for the event, this includes co-drivers. If you are going to drive a car on track you must be a club member and 18 years old or older. See link to renew or become a new member.
Are you a current member? DO NOT PROCEED UNTIL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS CURRENT. YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CANCELLED OR PUT ON HOLD IF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS NOT CURRENT. THIS COULD RESULT IN NOT GETTING REGISTERED FOR THE EVENT.
The TECH form must be completed in order to register for an event. This is a one time process if you do one event or multiple events you only need to complete the TECH form once per year.
Road America requires car numbers must be unique. (NO Exceptions!) This is there way of identifying who is on track in case an incident occurs.
Car numbers are issued on a first come first serve basis. If you want a certain number on your car for the event, register early to make sure you get the number you want. The number you get when you register MUST be the number on the car. It must meet the size and visibility requirements. If it doesn't you wont be allowed on track. (NO Exceptions!)
All helmets for drivers and passengers must have a SNELL SA2015 rating, or better rating. The following ratings are approved; SA2015 and SA2020. Snell M rated helmets OF ANY YEAR WILL NOT be accepted.

-Event Registration Fees / Facts:
A late fee of $75 will be added to all registrations received after June 15th 2024
If onsite (at the track) registration is offered, an additional $100 fee will be charged per event. Note that the registration late fee also applies to onsite registrations.
