NWSC 2021 Annual TECH

Northwoods Shelby Club: Annual TECH form

You must complete the TECH form in order to register for any of our track events. This form is good for one calendar year, 1/1/2021 to 12/31/2021. For those of you who do multiple events you need to complete this form only ONCE. If you have multiple cars enter each car in the "Car Information/Comments" section.

Event registrations will not be approved until the TECH form is completed.
